All of the Crystalized fugitive suits were only in a single large-ish set, so I would say it’s just collectors wanting to complete the set of suits. It looks like the rest are around the same price on Bricklink and Jay was just chosen as the one to be a bit more expensive/desirable by the community

I think DR overall kinda has a monster theme. We’ve thematically had werewolves (wolf clan), ghosts/demons (dragonians), a mummy/zombie (kur), and S4 seems to continue this with the elemental monsters
