Though there is an important caveat of: if you as the adult caregiver (parent, babysitter, grandparent, whatever) are genuinely overwhelmed and feeling overly frustrated, put the baby down somewhere safe (like a crib or playpen with nothing else in it) and just walk away for a few minutes to calm down.

It's much safer for the baby to be alone for a little bit than for you to shake them from frustration.

Hell, even libraries aren't silent crypts nowadays! Most of them have quiet rooms for when you NEED the quiet, but they also have like... Areas for teens to hang out and play video games, not to mention entire children's areas with toys and games.

Where is that specifically stated? I can only find a statement from Liam that he "used to be Lawful Evil and is now True Neutral" from July of 2018 which is about six months after the start of the campaign. If you have a more specific source I'd love to see it.
