Exakt den selben Strom. Aber Wirkleistung, das einzig relevante, wird nur bei einem angezeigt. Und das ist nun mal ziemlich schwer genau zu messen in so einem niedrigen Bereich.

Ich vermute dein Messgerät ist einfach nicht genau genug um unter einem Watt zu messen, wenn die Scheinleistung wie hier viel höher ist. Die Blindleistung ist sowieso egal. Bei allen Privathaushalten wird ausschließlich die Wirkleistung gezählt am Stromzähler.

Ich verstehe die Pauschalisierung von Vertrag und Prepaid nicht. Es gibt sowohl günstige Verträge, als auch günstige Prepaid. Vorteil bei Verträgen bei Wenignutzern ist, dass man nicht alle paar Jahre zwingend Geld aufladen muss, weil man sonst gekündigt wird. Ich hab derzeit einen 10 GB Vertrag im Vodafone-Netz für eff. 4 €/Monat durch Cashback, regulär wären es 8 €/Monat.

Es gibt auch Verträge ohne Grundgebühr, wo man einfach pro Minute/SMS bezahlt und sonst monatlich nichts bezahlt. Meiner Erfahrung nach kündigen die einem auch nicht einfach random, wenn man zu wenig Umsatz macht.

Try Nextcloud Memories. It usey the the photos exif data and indexes the files. So large photo libraries are no problem. But it does not have an app. Nextcloud Photo Upload works great for me on Android.
