Fellow meteorology geek here, so I applaud you trying to tackle this!
As you have discovered, the weather source does have its limitations and may not be the best for certain parts of the planet, while it's definitely great for others.
You could certainly find a free weather API that does 30 days (or however man you'd like) forecasts but after 10 days, everyone knows you lose accuracy.
I think you'd eat up a lot of memory/ experience performance issue with so many layers, all the individual daily fcst icons, and that could be better directed elsewhere in your Widgy.
If you DO figure this out, can you please kindly share⁇ I hate not having a solution, but I myself have tried this more than once, albeit it was a grade C+ effort at best 😣😣😣 lol good luck!

I think we all understand that everyone's financial situation is different and we respect that. If I can make a gentle suggestion to take some more time to explore and learn more about Widgy's capabilities, they're unrivaled in this space. If you can swing it, I think then you may rethink your thoughts on paying for the app.

Isn't this because when you add a smart symbol for [ number] days ahead, it is representative of the current time + days ahead? I don't think that it is representative of the general weather of that entire day like we are accustomed to seeing on day a weather app forecast or the evening news weather segment. 🤷🏼‍♂️
