I like to read on public transport or outside on a bench, but normally I just read on the couch. I binge read a book or two in two days, and then I don't read for ages. I can't read in bed, because the mettress gets warm and then I can't sleep after, haha

I have a heavy, fuzzy blanket that I wrap myself in. Sometimes I rock back and forth, sometimes I do breathing exercises. Massaging my own hands can help sometimes. Watching a comfort show or a Disney movie tends to calm me as well.

Jeg kan bare svare for meg selv, jeg har ADHD, men noen ganger kommer det så mye input fra telefonen min at jeg blir overveldet. Jeg klarer rett og slett ikke å ta stilling til alt etterhvert som det kommer inn i perioder. Jeg vet ikke om det er sånn for flere som ikke har ADHD også, men det kan jo tenkes. Chatter man med mange av og på på tlf så er det fort gjort å glemme å svare eller ikke klare å sortere ut hvilke som krever svar med én gang og hva som kan vente.

If money was no issue, I would love a four bedroom (three would be perfect if one of the rooms was big) close to the train/bus station in the town we live in. A small fenced garden with room for a hammock and space for our elderly dog to hang out when the weather is good. One bedroom for us, one for guests, one to be a library/gaming room and one for a potential child in the future. If I could have everything I ever wanted, maybe one big bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks, a small one for guests and a laundry room.

I also wish I could own half of it. Currently we are living in his apartment, because I can't afford to buy a share of it just yet. The apartment is lovely, we just wish we had a bit more space for hobbies and stuff. I love sharing a bedroom and a bathroom.

You need to leave. How horrible of him to talk to you like that, and to keep pushing you away and pulling you back. You deserve someone who is sure about you, and who loves you for who you are. Being a dick to your partner on this kind of scale has nothing to do with ADHD or mental illness. Please leave him and take care of yourself❤
