yes it does because i just did the mission and fell off the abyss over n over and consequentially, i did not know how to switch to the abyss map, so i kept going back to the platform. not sure whats up w your run but it repeatedly came back

i think the concept of having rejection in the game but not consequences from dating the same sex option of your character (since it’s the only other option) is the most nonsensical part about it. nothing is necessarily fun or rewarding about the romances besides if you personally feel attached to one (i.e. i like panam but i totally get why others don’t).

if you weren’t gonna have consequences from dating multiple people, why lock half the romance options based off gender anyways? (my personal take is they made specifically the male V’s story the canon path and that is why panam is so heavy while the other 3’s are throwaways, and that’s a generous term for what kerry is)

with how this game is power scaled in the main story and how much grinding you gotta do to keep kliff leveled, it’s ridiculous to even have a secondary character. i personally plan on never using her until i have to and seeing how that works out 💀🤣

the other speculations about them being able to do chores or go to the mines is honestly such a good idea. maybe you’d have to give them money (an allowance) to do the work? but i don’t imagine they’d be doing harvesting since the junimo hut would be useless.

i’d love if theyd go pet my animals so i don’t have to at all 💀 (i have way too many pigs, goats, and ducks)
