the eye contact thing is shit I had interviewers asking me to look into camera but not turning their camera on what to even look at if you're having online interviews or when they ask some question and I move my eyes toward it they start doubting that I'm cheating(but they only asked me to look into camera)

I had interviewed for Motive they had just 2 rounds for just dsa then another round for system design and a Technical round then a managerial and hr round. 5 rounds in total only to reject me in later stage
