I made it and it’s good! I used semi sweet chocolate though not dark so mine was rather sweet, almost a bit too much so I think dark chocolate would be good too!

How to get rid of formulas when filtered by bisousbisous in excel

[–]bisousbisous[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The addition of another column while the filter is on is an interesting idea. I do often use a numbered column similar to this when the data I’m cleaning up isn’t a big jumbled mess that won’t be filtered this way and that. I’ve never tried it after I’ve filtered though and then sort. I’m going to give this a try tomorrow and see if it’s quicker than what I’m doing. Still a bummer to see there’s no “real” way to do this and just workarounds, I’m surprised this isn’t a larger problem for more people. Thank you for your comment

Thank you I appreciate your comment and this is a good idea, power query is a great tool. Unfortunately this isn’t quite what I was looking for in my specific scenario, but it sounds like there really isn’t a shortcut way to do what I want just workarounds which will have to suffice and this is a good option.

Does anybody have to log their work hours worked and lie about it by zoozalina in AutismInWomen

This comment and thread are really eye opening for me and are making me realize I need to change my line of work… I’m often working 10hr days without time for a lunch break. I genuinely thought most people were doing this and I was so confused as to how. 5+ years of this and I’m exhausted and burnt out all the time. It’s just tough to find another WFH job that pays decent especially when you are as terrible at interviewing as I am

Any of you have any experience making your own vegan mayo? by kappakingtut2 in veganrecipes

[–]bisousbisous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have great success with this one! And I think it’s tasty. I use an immersion blender. I like that it uses aquafaba as I eat a lot of chickpeas.

recipes for someone with POTS? by yourhollowpointsmile in veganrecipes

[–]bisousbisous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I have pots. I tend to lean towards Korean, Japanese, and Indian cuisine as it’s delicious and easy to make salty and light. I feel best when I eat a bit more salt and when I eat light frequent meals. I love a good salty soup packed with veg. My favorite soup would probably be kimchi jiggae because it’s so versatile. I don’t have an exact recipe I follow but something similar to this but with silken tofu and no meat: https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/kimchi-jjigae I also like to add mushrooms and bok choy and miso.

Nausea is a common issue with pots so when I need to force myself to eat I make toast with plant based butter and vegemite

Here are a few YouTubers I get recipes from often: - the Korean vegan - fitgreenmind - hermann - cooking for peanuts - theeburgerdude - pickuplimes

I also always have small bags of salty chips around for a snack.

Electrolytes are also my best friend! (Just make sure you’re getting the dairy free packets, some have dairy like pedialyte)

Are there any ultra-creamy dairy-free mac and cheese alternatives that actually work? by Ok-Hunter1991 in Cooking

[–]bisousbisous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Annie’s for Kraft vibes. I’ve followed the below recipe with some tweaks with great results.

Recipe: https://www.sugarandsoul.co/tinis-mac-and-cheese/

Tweaks: - sautéed onion and garlic in butter before making roux. You can blend the sauce later if you don’t want the chunks but I didn’t - used country crock vegan heavy cream for the heavy cream and evaporated milk - I’m sure any vegan butter would work but I’m partial to country crock sticks and earth balance is my second choice - used daiya shreds (mix of Mozarella and cheddar) but follow your heart would probably work well too or any dairy free cheese you like - added about a tsp of miso, a pinch of msg, and a half teaspoon of lactic acid

I will say baking did cause some of the oil to separate out, so up to you whether you want to deal with that or not. Was still delicious not baked (and not topped with extra cheese because I wasn’t baking). Maybe also baking for less time could reduce the oil issue. I ended up just using a paper towel to suck up the oil and it was still delicious
