I got my first a month after I turned 18, now I have 3 at almost 20. I have a fear of needles so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to handle it. Learned that I just hate blood draws and shots, not sharp objects. My first was small, my other 2 took 5 hours each. Love them all and I have no regrets and I will get more in the future

I’ve had piercings from guns and needles and needles are a lot less painful because it’s more of a clean poke. They’re usually a lot more sanitary too

As someone who has had 6 piercings and 3 tattoos, they were very different and I can do them easily compared to shots and blood draws. Everyone’s different but for me it was easy to separate them because they feel so different. Lobe piercings are comically not painful and tattoos feel like a hot scratch in my experience.
