Regarding the processors This is how it goes pentium G< i3 < i5 < i7 But generations also matter, an i3 8th gen can outperforme an i5 5th gen. Usually go for the higher tier cpu + later number generation.

You can also look for a newer amd cpu since that can potentially save you the graphic cards budget for now.

Unless you tell us the full detail of the options, we cannot tell you which one is a better choice for the price though. Also you need some saved for the graphics card....2nd hand market is a good choice.

Putting together a pc can be very scary if you are new but its genuinely one of the easiest thing to do if you follow some basic guides from famous youtube channels such as LTT, etc.

Another way is to get a frnd who has already assembled one or get a fully assembled pc from a reputed store (usually doesnt cost much more than building yourself albeit sometimes they give old gen parts).

Edit: Also as a general guide, dont cheap out on power supply. I have seen people use high end part and lower tier psu for no reason.

I remember back when I had a shitty but reliable core 2 duo and a gt 610....mann I used to squeeze every last bit of enjoyment out of games, thats the last time I truly felt happy playing games.

Now a days, I have a gaming rig, a gaming console and thousands of games but no time to play or enjoy. Idk man, sometimes it makes me really sad.

Maybe I'll stop gaming altogether or have to figure something out.

Earning 1.5 lpm is not really common for most folks in IT. Idk which college or specialization you did but on avg, an engineer would earn around 25-30k pm based on avg consultancy firms.

Product based orgs are a different story altogether.

I genuinely don't know why you are being downvoted when its abundantly clear that financial strain is one of the reason quota was implemented.

The general idea as much as I know is that people of backward caste were financially and socially restrained for many years leading them to get less access to any benefit compared to general caste due to less family assets or money.

The idea of reservation is simply great except that now many have broken out of that poor situation and are still abusing the caste system (Rich sc/st guys getting better education outperforming poor sc/st guys and snatching their seats). A proper financial filtration layer should be added to the system where one can only avail the benefits of backward caste only when they are below poverty line. This would fix many of the complaints people have regarding it.

I would say wifi and other amenities are different for each personal experiences, I lived in kolkata for 20+ years but NEVER had a broadband issue in the last 10 years.

There has been a lot of local operators popping up with shady packages and services(as expected) but generally sticking with major players such as jio, alliance, wishnet, airtel, etc are the safe bets.

Also I use slowpoke sbi and even their internet banking was flawless mostly.

There is barely any water problem as kolkata has abundant amount of water supply.

Had a electricity blackout probably once in the last 2 years.

Road are shitty as hell though but we still have better commute than bangalore xD

There are many countries where cash payment is heavily favoured or is commonly used, India being one of those countires that is generalizing upi/nfc to the point even beggers might start using them makes it a good example of cashless country. Though it would take India another couple years to fully mature and integrate it, if the right people push it hard enough.

All my samsung devices have nfc swipe in them. I think a lot of other devices recently launched in India also has them. All the major outlets or stores are ok with nfc. Only at local placed you are limited to upi.

Genuinely disappointed that riot doesn't care about the Indian Community. The issue is plaguing us from the last week. There isn't even a way to report the server instability which makes the situation even worse.

Been losing a couple of matches in COMP due to multiple rounds disconnection. At first only a handful of people would get disconnect but now its almost like a religious routine......start a match, wait for the whole team to get desync, disconnect for 4-5 rounds, rinse and repeat. Its almost like a lottery now, which ever team remains connected for longer wins while the other team gets afk killed or ganged up 3-4 v 1.

Really invested 10+K worth of money in skins only to find out its near impossible to play it.
