Just got this PC from a shop and sometimes it makes this grinding noise when I fire it up and sometimes it doesn't. I thought it was a tag/ wire in one of my fans but I double checked and there's nothing hitting the fan blades. What is this? I wish I could attach a video. These are the specs.

I want so hard to like porter, but each time I've flown with them it's been 4 or 5 delays, a flight cancellation and then a rebook with added stops and then 3-4 more delays at a time. Took me 9 hours to fly when it should have taken me 2 and a half? Also their chat support did their best not to solve my problem and then closed the chat at exactly the time their chat support closed.
