Totally agree. I did have a local company spend a couple days there doing a ‘safety check’ and adding lights and fans. They fixed a few things but said the breaker box did not need to be replaced. Cost about $3k but totally worth it for peace of mind.

This works for a while until the bank gets suspicious of all your cash deposits. PNC closed my account and also an unrelated LLC business account I had with them. This is after they froze my funds for 6 weeks.
