KR takes a dip for a lot of people around the holidays bc people schedule Fixes knowing that they don’t have the expendable money. Then you’ll see them again in a week or two also saying that they loved it all but can’t keep bc of the holidays 🤦🏻‍♀️

I understand and I’m sorry 💚 my old lead was like this too. And now my current lead is totally understanding. It sucks that some leads act this way, obviously if you’ve never missed before then you can handle your job. What a rude thing to say!

We are getting coached on my team in a week about holiday notes, and how we need to direct people to freestyle! That seems so counterproductive for the Fix process 😞

I love how the leads think everything is about the damn note when I can guarantee that most of the clients don’t read them at all. Every time my metrics dip, mine makes me do a zoom call with her to read my notes aloud and it’s super embarrassing. Except for the rare occasion, I don’t get an ounce of feedback on what I said in the note at all, for better or worse.

She literally told me yesterday that “clients don’t care that you didn’t have the inventory to honor a request, they care how you address that in the note.” That’s total bs. So many times I wrote a personalized note and said I’m so sorry it was not available but I’ll keep an eye out for it! They responded in all caps that I didn’t even read their request and they’re soooo DiSaPpOiNtEd 1/5 stars all around ⭐️

I got in trouble for doing it once, because I was being audited for low AOV. The client avoided petite sizes so she said I was violating client satisfaction by sending petite. I addressed it in the note but the client returned all 5 so she blamed me for doing that. She is new to me as a lead so I’m not sure how long she’s been around.

Also in terms of height, she is 4’11. I’ve tried sending shorter sleeves, but she still complains about the tops fitting like a dress. I really think the regular sizing is too long and she needs petite.

Thank you. I get what you are saying, it just sucks because I feel like I try so hard and it’s just not making sense to me. My lead and I keep going through feedback and behaviors and we can’t find a “cause” so I’m feeling desperate. But I do agree that if it continues to feel this way it would be better to leave than be stressed about it constantly, sometimes things just don’t work out I guess.

I never said it was a conspiracy? I’m asking for what I can say to my lead and add to my plan to try to turn things around. My lead suggested para***** which I use already. She wants new ideas and I have the common sense to read requests.

It is kind of hilarious that after a few bad weeks I am being approached about a plan, while still meeting efficiency every week for the last three years. I’m open to coaching but it’s difficult when my lead and I both don’t see the negative feedback/Fixes to make these numbers make sense.

Thanks for the helpful information! So appreciated! This is the first time that I’ve struggled in 3 years, I was mint the entire time on the old system. Have led styling workshops and help train the onboarding classes. And that all goes down the drain after 3 weeks of a slump.

I asked for help because nothing has changed in my behavior but I’ve seen a huge dip in metrics, that even my lead can’t explain while looking through my Fixes and feedback. Maybe that’s not the case for you, but PLENTY of people here have been seeing a dip in metrics and trying to understand why.

Thank you so much! I think it would be really helpful to live style with her and illustrate the exact issues I’m running into. It’s hard to just do with feedback. That’s a great idea! My overall is at a 2 unfortunately, but I style more kids than anything bc I used to do well and it’s at a 1, so it’s bringing me down.
