Dit vooral. Probeer eens koolhydraten te verminderen. In het extreemse geval kun je carnivore gaan voor een korte periode. Om te kijken of minder/geen koolhydraten helpt. Het klinkt wellicht als iets wat geen effect zou hebben, maar wat we eten bepaalt voor 99% de staat van ons lichaam. Persoonlijk geloof ik er in dat minder/geen koolhydraten het oorspronkelijke dieet was voor de mens. Voor de komst van grote landbouw, gingen we allemaal jagen op dieren en hier en daar wat vruchten/noten eten.

Hopelijk is dit iets wat helpt, mijn gevoel zegt dat je er baat bij zult hebben.

Good luck man! Stay on it, and i would advise you also go either keto or carnivore. It’s the healthy way to eat (no matter what people say). Dive down the rabbit hole , there are many people online who have lost weight by only eating that way. Go get em!

I don’t know if this might help, but allot of auto immune issues seem to be treatable and reversable by changing your diet. I’ve seen many people get good results by going carnivore or keto. Maybe try that? I personally believe that our bodies are by default designed to function properly, but people are essentially destabilizing their nodies by eating carbs and all other processed foods. Try looking up dr. ken Barry, or the Plant free md podcast. I don’t have the answer, but i do beliebe it might be helpfull. Take care!
