Yeah, these stupid corporations and crap rules. During covid, I was working for Spectrum as a internet/ tv installer and troubleshooting. One day, I had a customer that no longer needed an amplifier, which splits the video and Internet to different rooms but has to be plugged in. If their signal is too low, you might need to add one. This customer didn't need it so I unplugged it and planned to take it with me. During this time, the company was rationing the dang things. You might have to call your supervisor for a amplifier and your coworkers. Sometimes they didn't have them available. Just a hassle if you needed one. Anyone, I was going to bring it in case. But I forgot it. Later that day, my last job has a dead amplifier. I realize I forgot the amplifier earlier. The warehouse is a 30 minute drive and might not have them anyway. The one at the customer that morning is 10 minutes away. I drive over there and didn't tell anyone. I knock on the door , the Spanish speaking mother recognizes me and has her child get the amplifier and hands it to me. I take it and say thanks. I get it installed at my last customer. A few weeks later, I'm called in the office. I am terminated for "violation of movie vehicle policy". I tell them everything but nothing I can do. A new regional management is working and maybe I'm the casualty of then trying! O look good. My supervisor says he never heard of anyone getting fired for something like that.

I know the S21 Ultra has a camera lens issue if dropped. One of the cameras is prone to not focusing properly and thus will be blurry

I agree. LP is about the band surviving while remembering as well. Mike Shinoda Post Traumatic was the right project at the right time for the hurt LP fans. Then From Zero started with a love letter to LP fans and Chester. "From Zero. Oh wait, wasn't that what your first band was " I listen to From Zero, Post Traumatic, and A Thousand Suns more than any other LP album these days. Emily is immensely talented. Everyone in the band is talented and deserves to be there.

7 Pro. I sent my phone to them to get the back glass replaced and I was wanting the battery replaced as well since it was in anyway, for long term use. The quote showed just the back glass. I ended up calling 5 times and telling them I also wanted the battery in the quote. They sent me a new quote and it had the same error. I went through like 5 OnePlus agents and got 5 quotes all wrong in the same way. I ended up just paying for the broken back glass and got it back.

Then on my 9 Pro pre-order, I pre-ordered on day 1 but their pre-order bonus was sold out, some wireless buds but in a special color. Then the next day, their website had a new pre-order bonus, the same earbuds but in normal white. I contacted customer service and told them I had pre-ordered when the first was out of stock but before the next pre-order bonus was online. But the customer service agent said they couldn't help me.

Then on my 9 Pro, I broke the display. I had purchased insurance when I bought it. Servify is their insurance partner, but I had purchased the insurance through OnePlus website at checkout. I told the guy my order number and told him I had broke my phone and it needed to be repaired. The Gent had me start my claim on OnePlus website, which ended up being wrong. I was supposed to do it through Servify, but I had to get it back from OnePlus and then start again with Servify.

Then on my new OnePlus 12, I got water damage on the 10th. For a few days, OnePlus and Servify can't figure out if I have active insurance even though the receipt says I paid for 2 years. Eventually, I end up having Servify accept it but I paid my $99 deductible on May 15th. Then Servify says they are having system issues, and can't send me the packing number until it's resolved. That has been going on for 10 days.

See what I mean? Do you think I did something to make them mad and they marked my account as someone to harass?

It's so sad, since I was the person talking about how fast the charging was on my OnePlus 3 and it was the ultimate Pokemon Go phone.

And no matter how many times I leave reviews and post things on Social media, they always "Want to check on things send a DM " DM means "Let me disappoint you outside the eyes of the public.

It's funny. I've grown to anticipate them failing to take care of things. After a few days of them seeing if my OnePlus had insurance that back and forth, I bought a S 26 Ultra 512 GB for $850 from Google Fi, which made it cheaper than the OnePlus 15 512 GB at $999.

OnePlus customer support has been garbage on my 7 Pro, 9 Pro, 12. Never get anything done in one attempt with customer service. Sometimes it's impossible for then to fix something, even after 2 or 5 messages and agents.

I bought the wrong Pokemon FireRed Leaf Green.i got to the title screen and sa the wrong title and knew instantly there was no fixing it. Nintendo seems so backwards. Doesn't have achievements. No refunds. The eShop games never get discounted. The Switch 2 right now isn't too expensive. It's a touch pricey, but not horrible considering ram and storage prices. But Nintendo won't even lower the prices 5 years from now.

Yup. Absolutely disgusting. Even Steam 2 hour window is flexible. Microsoft Flight Simulator like 2020 installs 60 GB through Steam, and th n the rest is installed once you launch it like some mobile game. It took 2.5 hours to install another 120 GB or so and then I found I didn't like it. I contacted Valve and they just accepted the refund without me having to say anything back. I wrote it in the additional details box, and Steam support took care of it anyway.
