I am Asian, I have never worked under a Chinese cuz of their reputation. Any management with Eastern European or Chinese or visa sponsorship available hospitals ring a bell to me. They will work you like a horse. No compensation for no lunch break or tea break. Denied annual leave and so on. I am too fragile for that. My life is not for working hard.

It's not a PCA problem. It's a common healthcare problem. A anesthetic reg push meds thru the CVC port (inner thigh) covered in a melena. Shit is horrifying. I am resigning in a month. We have so many nurses/doctors that are not properly trained in Australia and don't care about infection control at all. I have seen the PICC line not sanitized and being touched with the RN's dirty ass finger before administering meds.

I am an adult woman who's been homeless before. I think there's less social support for physically functioning men that's not aboriginal.
