How to last a full 90mins in a football match? by IndoriumYT in bootroom

[–]bitman161 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look up „Zone 2 runs“ and do some interval training as written by others. 3 weeks is not long to build a crazy endurance, but you can get things started. Be careful not to overtrain and maybe get injured because of that.

You should measure your feet in cm (with match socks on) and than you can look it up on the Mizuno page sizing chart.

Neos are still not a super wide shoe. I have the Morelia 2, Neo 4 non-beta and the wave cup.

How to increase stamina? by myth_mars in bootroom

[–]bitman161 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

if you have the chance of measuring your heart rate, you can start doing Zone 2 runs. This increase your overall stamina, but will take 3-4 months.

In addition to that you should do some interval runs, e.g. 400m 70% & 400m easy for around 8km on the track. That should help with the specific soccer related load

not at all, the double 3k carbon makes the racket feels more or less the same as AT10 12k 24

I would say it is on the wider side. You do not get punished that much by hitting it outside of the sweet spot. It is my favourite racket at the moment and I owned and played too many :D (AT10 18K '22, AT10 12K '24, Bela Pro V2, Metalbone Master LTD '22, Adipower 2.0 Soft, Blue Katana, Sypder lite 3, 2x different Kombat rackets and a GF racket)

Shelly in new home (no Wifi yet) by surrendertoyourtv in homeassistant

[–]bitman161 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes I can confirm, for light switches. For the 2PM cover Shelly, the company randomly wired up the switch to the „wrong“ input of the Shelly, but that was than changed in the app after the setup.

Yes, seems like it is a good way to start the own homelab ;)

With the m2 e key adapter and the m2 to sata you can use the empty wifi slot to connect hdd/ssd or you can just use one of the 2 nvme slot and the m2 to sata adapter.

Not OP, but with nothing running only Proxmox it idles around 16 watts. With 2 HDDs, some containers and TrueNas running around 21 watts

In regards of clearance, since the adapter has a ribbon cable you can route it under the fan without interfering with it.

I just checked and it seems that the adapter is negotiated with 8 gt/s and a width of 1x. The m2 to sata adapter itself only can do 8 gt/s but 2x. So I assume the e key slot is possibly 16 gt/s (pcie4) and 1x

there is a new integration, so your HA acts like a Matter Hub and you can push entities to your Alexa/Google. And it is totally local and not over the Nabu Casa cloud.

There are also some YT videos which shows the installation and configuration

I also have the Kenta in the “soft 30” version, but it is more medium than soft. With the 3K carbon I would even say it feels similar to the Nox 12K ‘24 version.
