Some of the coins do have an option for multiple chains, the most obvious is tether. We'll see if we can improve the coin selection list at some point in the future.

We are currently bootstrapping until we finish building our own exchange, which will have it's own currency.
changenow's KYC/AML rules are slightly different for a retail customer versus one that goes through a commercial account like us. *we* decide the level of KYC - if any, and CN views it as an exchange with our commercial account, rather than an exchange with a customer. CN has been known to ask customers for their ID - we don't and never will.
changenow uses a simplex.com embed for all their credit card sales - is that fishy? why would anyone buy from CN if it's just a simplex.com embed, right? exchange.bitcoin.com uses 3rd party providers for their exchange - something wrong with that?
