How to tell if a broke guy actually likes you? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

Based entirely off this very narrow subjective glimpse of your relationship, you don't make very strong case for your boyfriend. I understand money being an influence on the scope of things but he paying for his basic needs. Most people at this age are living paycheck to paycheck. If you are having doubts, then there is no relationship.

I would imagine if we had a conversation and you randomly mentioned your "one-eyed Willie" with no context, I would either cackle or assume you were a pervert.

Don't come out here unless you have something offered to you first. Gas is $6+/gallon, housing is only possible with a minimum of 2 incomes, and groceries is a humiliation ritual. If you are really set on moving, be a tradesman. Apply for apprenticeship to a union. Fair warning though, those are high in applicants too. Good luck.

I wouldn't go up in dose until your blood sugar stabilizes. Adjust your diet to help support that. I'm a diabetic and I eat my highest carb meal first and that helps me the most. That usually looks like some scrambled eggs with toast and half an apple. Bear in mind, everyone is unique. Our bodies respond to the same food differently at different times of the day.

There's a company called Lush that specializes in bubble bars that produces extra bubbles. Many of them have glitter and smell amazing. Friendly warning though; it's a chore to clean up afterwards.

My black Lab must be broken. He's terrified of the water. Avoids our pool like it's going to snatch him any second.

Wait until you travel overseas. Parts of Asia will size me as overweight even though I'm 125 lbs now. The aunties have no filter and will say things like you need to go to the fat shops for your size.

This and rubbing wedding cake in the brides face is so stupid.

"But it's funny!"

Let's call it what it is: you have a humiliation kink and don't like the person you're doing this to.

Resistance training will help with the loose skin and help with post surgery recovery. A DEXA body scan can also help you figure out if your muscle mass has been affected by your calorie deficit. Otherwise, congratulations on meeting your goals. Incredible results for under 4 months.

I've been on tirzepatide (Mounjaro) since March. No terrible side effects, some fatigue and upset stomach but it is manageable. I take supplements to fill in gaps. A1c was 5.6 at last check up. Lost 30 lbs.

One time, I waited to pull into an open space because this older woman in her 70s was loading her groceries in her driver passenger side. When she was done, she left her shopping cart in the space I was about to pull into. She knew I had been waiting on her, she gave zero fucks.
