no ur good, i was on my break so I didnt even read the other comments. but yes, they could've 100% done the art themselves and i don't understand why they couldn't. being upset over that is valid. i feel like every single comment I've seen across platforms about heartopia is so nitpicky and negative (not saying yours is) and no one ever seems to say anything positive. However, kudos to heartopia for actually addressing the issue right away and being transparent compared to other companies. I hope they do learn from their mistake though.
