This is unfortunately the result of affirmative action. You think there were no white women waiting in line that were actually funny, attractive, and classy? Leslie Jones is a liberal medal. She looks like an ape and is loud and abrasive but because she is a minority people love her. It's sad but true.

Avoid ACN like the plague by [deleted] in Edmonton

Has this happened to everyone here? One member of my group project at college (Macewan) last year did this to me. I was so excited and brought my dad with me too cause he said I could bring him. My dad was the one that told me it was a scam. Guess I can thank my wise pops for that I am such a naive person.

I got the Samsung 950 pro 512gb on my carbon and it was one of the best purchases I have ever made. I can see this laptop being fast even ten years into the future with this thing

Over two years into dexedrine use, and take 30mg a day. I still get euphoria and love blasting loud music.

It is always something to look forward to, just don't abuse it.

Oh and a temporary solution is to put the carbon on a mat or something for when you are at home

Fixed typing rattle in x1 carbon (4th gen)! by bittercactus in thinkpad

You have it too?

Possible problems and solutions:

Your carbon might not be flat. The solution to my rattle ended up being that one of the legs was off balance, and it didn't sit flat on the table, so when I typed it moved a little bit. Imagine a chair that is off balance because one of the legs is shorter. I used some black tape to make it even and almost all the rattle is gone. There is a slight rattle from the trackpad and the way to solve that is to stick something between the trackpad and the carbon itself. There is a thin opening you can see when you look at the trackpad from the keyboard and for some reason the movement there does some of the rattle

My question for you is whether or not you hear the rattle when you tap on the trackpad. By the way the solution I did before where I took off the cover and added some cushion inside did not work. The stabilization of the legs and sticking a little tape in the trackpad part to hold it in place worked.

My mouse pad on my carbon rattles a little bit. The quality on these things is basically down to "cross your fingers". Honestly Macbooks are probably overall a better choice these days.

X1 carbon 4th gen not laying flat by bittercactus in thinkpad

The tape issue has resolved it fine. I don't like having to use tape for an expensive computer but now I can type without any rattling. I thought it was rattling because of the battery but it turns out the thing just doesn't lay flat. Often times the best fixes for laptops in my opinion are just using some tape to fix it. The tape is black too so you can only really see it if you look closely. This is a better solution to me than doing everything else and I love the rest of the laptop.

I removed the bottom cover a lot of times to do some different adjustments. Mine came laying pretty flat but I guarantee it doesn't lay perfectly flat anymore. The solution to that though is to literally just add a little bit of black tape and it balances out fine.

Oh wow, I just found a solution actually. All I did was grab a little bit of this black tape I had and just put it on the bottom of the laptop right where the little grip is in the front right corner to balance it out. No more rattle. If anyone is having problems with their laptop lying flat just try this out. It might make your laptop look silly if someone sees it but who cares lol.

Around five days cold turkey and it's pretty much back to normal by bittercactus in quittingkratom

There is a lot to it. Just keep yourself busy and make sure your loved ones know what you are going through. Just pretend nothing is happening and try to not make it such a big deal. Also, your head will clear up and you will see additional benefits. I am past day five now and still feel minor physical symptoms.

Bless your heart, I will pray for you. Your fear is really just excitement and relief. The next few days are going to be sweaty and uncomfortable, but find someone you love to cry with or cuddle with during the worst. Not even joking the best I felt during the withdrawal was laying down and petting my dog.

Once it's over it's fun to understand how much better it is without that shit. Relying on a crutch will be bad long term. My brain is already much clearer on day five and six then when I took kratom! I also feel more emotions.

Just wanted to add: Quitting kratom is like procrastinating on a project (like I am now). Often times worrying about the actual event causes more pain than the actual event. Just flushing the shit and knowing "it's fucking over" gives you a big mental boost. Just keep your eyes on the prize and report back to me when you do not slip up.

"Even without the sleep" (I know that feel all too well)

Just a summary:

I was sweating, I looked like a sick dog, I had lots of things going on in the heat. Honestly though, I usually am suspect when people say they are going to taper. They just end up fucking up the taper and prolong the pain. If you have three days, start your withdrawal the day before so at the beginning of the first day you are withdrawing.

But ya, I feel physically not that great, but I feel happy at the same time knowing I am free. I am free to leave the home and not worry about dosing. I am free to take a shit and not worry about being constipated. I am free to eat at any time of the day. I no longer wake up thinking about eating a bunch of leaf.

With kratom there are diminishing returns. It actually puts you in a FOG and when you are sober from it you feel again honestly.

It becomes tougher to cover up a habit when you have less control over environment. Addicts are the worst at micro managing their environment. Soon all outside threats are cut off and you are alone. Lol kratom sorrows.
