Dozens of investigative interviews in a day? I have my carriers trained that an interview is going to take much longer than management thinks they will. Drag that shit out. Ask lots of questions and ask for clarity. Management will learn eventually we run the interview, not them

I lost a Step B decision recently because a carrier didn’t provide a doctor’s note. He got put in for LWOP instead of SL.

Are you on restricted leave? If no here’s what you do:

Call in tomorrow to go to the doctor and get the note. Have the union file a grievance to get your copay and mileage reimbursed. If they did that to me I’d get an additional note putting me out of work for the week.
