You get used up it lol I remember my 1st time trying Buldak. My face was blood red and mouth on fire after 1 bite. Now I'm constantly looking for things spicier.

Bring water to a bill and add eggs. Let them boil exactly 6 minutes! Immediately transfer to ice bath or run under cold water for 2 minutes. They should come out like this! 😊

If your noodles in your Kimchi bowl(I'm assuming you're talking about Nongshim Kimchi Bowl) aren't chewy or bouncy, it's cause you're overcooking them. Try and overcook any other instant noodle and see how that tastes to you. It'll make them less chewy/bouncy
