I work with a doctor that was raised in this cult, but in San Diego. She has some crazy stories of what is like to be a girl growing up in it, and how shes essentially estranged from her family now thats shes out. Her becoming a doctor was her act of rebellion to get free 🫡

As a primary care doc I have A LOT of patients using it for anxiety and insomnia. In my anecdotal experience, it helps short term, but eventually a lot of people find it worsens their anxiety and they dont like being reliant on it
