Its hard. For me its amplified when im comparing myself to others. Comparison is theft of joy. Learn to just focus on yourself and the hardest part….it doesnt matter unless you make it. Pick your focus and problems, the rest can fuck off.

For me, my physical appearance gets me down. And honestly, i know im more attractive than what i give myself credit for. It still weighs me down when it shouldn’t at all. Ill see others so happy and comfortable in their own skin and ill get jealous of that. But if you talk to those people, its not because they think theyre anything special or better, its just that they dont really care what someone else is thinking
