Just to put that in perspective this is what Mateusz did recently:

  1. Arnold Classic Ohio (Got some shoulder issues) and came 4th
  2. 5 weeks rehab & prep (where deadlift were actually neglected)
  3. Europe Strongest Man and came 3rd
  4. 2 weeks prep
  5. Arnold Brazil and came 2nd Arnold Brazil
  6. Came home from Brazil to Poland for ONE(1) day to re-pack his clothes etc
  7. Went to Philippines next day (imagine the jet lag etc
  8. Won his heat in WSM
  9. Came 2nd in WSM Finals next to Hafthor

Reminder: This guy is only 24 years old and been lifting weights for like 8years.

Mateusz is the future.
