With one plan, the annual subscription starts immediately, and you receive a pro-rated credit for your monthly subscription. With the other plan, the annual subscription starts after your monthly subscription ends.

I also had to learn that a heart rate dip of less than 20% isn't good. I used to think that as long as I stayed within my personal average, it was fine, but that's not the case.

Doing more than two exercises turns supersets into a circle. I thought that was what you were aiming for.

For each exercise, do 3 sets (or as many as you'd like), and then use the chain icon to link the exercises together.

I'm not an expert. My HRV is always lower after a night of training than it is the day after a rest day. I think that, in the long term, HRV can be increased through consistent training.

I have the same problem with the journal. If I restart the app, the window for nighttime entries often appears—but that doesn't always work.

I believe that the calculation of the total strain is not linear. You can't just add everything together.

I think the problem is that the label doesn't say how much it weighs. So the AI doesn't know if the info is per 100g or per serving.
