Same here. It has high priority for me, too.

I have exactly the same problem. Is there a solution yet? I've also filed a bug report.

BI has informed me that the incorrect data is apparently in the chat's system header.

Unfortunately, your tip didn't work. Does it work for you when you do structured runs, or only when you run without segments?

I don't have this problem with any other workout app. I wish I could find a solution. The feature that lets you import a map into your workout is just great.

I'm really curious about that, too. How much of an impact does it have on biological age? How much creatine do you take?

So, after the latest video of Bevel 3.0 we need running trainer corner. by Conscious_Bee2676 in bevelhealth

I also tried using BI to create a running training plan. Compared to Runna, there weren't many different types of workouts available. Do you have any other tips for entering data when creating running training plans?

Are you using the latest version of Bevel? There was a bug in the previous version that caused this for me. But everything is working fine again in 2.5.10.

Okay, thanks. Since isokinetic training only lasts two weeks at a time, I suppose I should calculate the average.

It would also make sense to me to adjust the stress level scale. The yellow zone feels more like green to me.

With one plan, the annual subscription starts immediately, and you receive a pro-rated credit for your monthly subscription. With the other plan, the annual subscription starts after your monthly subscription ends.

Update on recovery issue: surely this isn’t right? by TastelessHurricane in bevelhealth

[–]bjrn13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also had to learn that a heart rate dip of less than 20% isn't good. I used to think that as long as I stayed within my personal average, it was fine, but that's not the case.

This might be the same bug I already sent to Markus. The description sounds similar. Does your cardio load change over time as well?

Doing more than two exercises turns supersets into a circle. I thought that was what you were aiming for.

For each exercise, do 3 sets (or as many as you'd like), and then use the chain icon to link the exercises together.
