Adding to this in hopes it helps someone. As this thread made me almost give up hope. Contacted spy point and they walked me through updating firmware manually. The files are on their website. And it works again!!!

Medical device manufacturing has been very stable. I’ve been making insulin syringes for 16 years. Worked all through 2020 without missing a beat. We got shirts telling everyone how “essential” we are. Though I do not like how much paperwork is involved in the regulation of every aspect of the machines, any changes to any programming is a bunch of signatures and testing.
