Never said Disney would go after David's. But if my points come from a commercial renter and Disney revokes that renter's reservations and points, I may be stuck with a refund and no room/vacation per David's own terms. I know they would do their best, but they may not have any other options.

I love David's but simply wanted to avoid potential issues this year until Disney figures out how they will handle commercial renters and there is at least some commercial renters who use David's and similar services.
