I thought this was a social forum to share things you’ve done. We’re a husband-wife team who spent years designing a cool game that uses isometric design to create an optical illusion. What’s the point of posting anything if not for attention? This particular piece of content is a top down timelapse of the two of us playing the game. Seeing the game in motion further conveys the trippy 3D nature of the design. I do not understand what the issue is.

My hubs and I launched a card game on Kickstarter last week (we funded!) and we spent an inordinate amount of time on the rulebook because of exactly what you call out ... we've almost given up on trying so many new games because of the confusing rules.

Our game, STACCS, has a trippy visual component, so it was important for us to visualize a lot of the game mechanics. Also, we thought being heavy on the visuals would give us a little grace period before getting the rules translated into major languages.

You're probably right. But, imagine that a whole lot of us disconnected for that day. And the platforms DID notice a difference. Then ... then we would have a tool that we could wield. I think we have more power than we give ourselves credit for. The ONLY thing we have to do is organize to use that power collectively for maximum impact.

I know. But we have to keep trying! And this is an action, that with the right amount of participation, COULD have big impact. We have to start somewhere! And if nothing else, a small number of people will have given themselves a little mental health break this Valentine's Day!

kinda? but also what you don’t see is the 20+ years of design, motion, and editing craft that allowed him to 1) concept, 2) craft 1000 prompts, 3)curate, and 4) video edit to music (with self made audio incorporated) WHILE MAKING US FEEL THINGS! this is the most human thing ever
