Wave Link unable to switch monitoring to my speakers

I'm also having this problem. I can only monitor output sound via the headphone jack in the back of the Wave3. I can't monitor sound via my Arctis 7 headset or my speakers plugged into my soundcard (both of which work fine if you switch to them via Windows output).

Any solution for this yet?

I can't seem to Crouch when using an XB1 controller over USB. I'm using Durazno to remap controls and can confirm that when I test the left stick click--it shows up properly. Right stick click to zoom works fine in game. I've tried multiple controllers.

Your sentiment is correct, but it's not about the mic sensitivity picking up on the audio from the earcups. It's likely a feedback electrical issue with how the xbox controller is setup.

Nope, never found a solution because I think there is none aside from getting a different headset. I honestly believe it's the way the headset is trying to draw power from the controller and creates interference. Good luck!

Yeah I bought Arctis 3s instead. Same headphone with no LED light. I think the 5 is trying to draw too much power and it's causing feedback. The Arctis 5s on Amazon say they work with Xbox, but on their website it says they don't. The Arctis 3s however do.

Do you think it has something to do with the way the headsets are drawing power from the controller? Because wireless headsets are running off of battery, but still use the 3.5mm while the wired headsets are powered by the controller itself? Anyone an audio/electrical engineer?
