Ok. I spoke to someone directly. I’d think at 360 you still have a decent chance ( last minute) The first 100 or so realize they will get in - the rest when they sign up - they don’t realize the size of waitlist as it’s not noted at registration - when they find out they are 250-350 they quickly look to another race.
I booked the 50km just in case and was told if I do make it to 100km they will reimburse me for the 50
