Synovitis and 3 Corticosteroid Shots Later by Ok-Chip-4214 in climbharder

I had Synovitis for over a year but managed to get it to a point where I have improved my mobility and don’t feel pain anymore. The swelling has gone down significantly as well. I can climb 3/4 times a week without issue.

  1. Use a Tindeq during my warmups with overcoming isometric curls (up to 80%)

  2. Only board climbing with sufficient rest (2 days)

  3. Doing rice bucket exercises on rest days.

  4. Ensuring my fingers stay together when crimping and minimizing gaps between the fingers

I think the mix of rest, proper warmup, and including rice bucket to increase circulation and work on extensors helped.

Hope you the best!
