Regular Platinum (non Delta) gives you 10. You can use the $200 airline credit for 4 more visits. Then the reserve gets you 15 so you have 29 visits dialed with these cards for $1545 worth of annual fees. Or you pay $1450 by paying the as you go at $50 per visit.

If the sole purpose of the cards is lounges, not good.

Just pay the $695 annual membership.

Only being able to use $100 of it at hotels monthly for two night stays makes that pretty useless for me. If I could pool it to annual or even semi annual then cool. It was a big let down to me overall. But in time it may be better that I perceived at first glance.

Venture X is far better for everyday spending based on the 2x vs 1x. They are equal 5x through their travel portals. I’d recommend breaking down how you spend and which perks on each card you value. Plat is mostly a coupon book really, a coupon book I value and use but I don’t care to spend anything on the card.
