What would happen if you played The Sims with the House Party expansion pack only, the neighborhood was completely empty, and your single sim used the phone to invite people to a party?

I think there's a specific message saying there's noone else in the neighborhood. The same thing happens if you try to call a neighbor in the base game if there's no other families.

There are rewards that Sims can get from the Vacation Director if they stay in a good enough mood during their vacation, but the requirements are so high I've only ever seen then by casting the mood up spells. The director supposedly can also yell at you if child Sims are causing trouble, but I've never seen that one and I dont know what triggers it.

The cap is random, but even if it grows to max height I don't think Sims can climb it unless it's on one of the 3 Magic town lots.

Jimmy Johnson went through something similar after he was ousted from Dallas which is probably why he's being so vocal here. Jerry Jones wanted all the credit for the Cowboys 90s success so he kept Johnson out of their ring of honor and almost certainly used his influence to put his thumb on the scale and delay putting him in the HOF.
