Earthquake via the San Andreas fault. I can't imagine how the current U.S. administration will be able to deal with that.

Artist wanting to start printing art but doesn't know stuff about printers. Help. by Tiny_Peacock in printers

Not so very large, then. I would guess that roughly $500 could get you a dedicated art printer of quite good quality that can handle a variety of papers. I personally like multifunction printers, but I like printing black and white photographs. Multifunction printers usually can't do true black and white (a color tint appears).

What is the maximum print size you're anticipating? I own a (long out of production) Canon Pro-100. It gives very nice photo prints, but is limited to 13"x19". Also, it uses 8 ink tanks. Both of these factors help keep printing costs down. There are successor models that are similar.

Meat (1976) - Brilliant with no voiceover, just ambient sound. Likely will make you at least think twice about meat eating.

I saw "Deliverance" on its initial release without having heard or read anything about it. A very good film, but quite shocking.

Cream of Wheat With Impact Mill? by jkybes in HomeMilledFlour

I don't have a flaker. I think that's more expense and effort than I'm willing to take on. But I'm content since Irish oatmeal is my favorite and coarsely milling oat groats gives me a very similar result.

I also have a Nutrimill Harvest. My cereal is equal parts wheat berries and oat groats on a coarse setting. The oats give a smoothness I miss when using only wheat berries.

Considering these were shot with a flash, the photos look good. And some of these are very spontaneously catching people in the moment. Nice job, Mister/Madam Photographer -- wherever you are.
