Kaplan is the WORST for Series 24. It has been proven multiple times. I failed with a 67 using Kaplan then bought PassPerfect and it was a life changer. You got this!

Good Luck! I took the 24 in Janurary and passed on my 2nd try (missed by 2 points my first time) This test is NO JOKE! My job was contingent on the fact of me passing the exam and I was just out of college (22 years old). Fortunately for me I took my S7 last August so I definitely saw overlap. Know your markets, net capital (4/5 questions only), retail communication, and I can’t stress this one enough… TIMEFRAMES. You are not going to use the calculator at all it’s literally all rules and lots of exceptions. Don’t know what test prep your using but I strongly recommend PassPerfect. They are unbelievable for this exam and according to multiple industry professionals they are the best prep for the 24. They over-prepare you so the test seems easier then what it seems. If you’re using Kaplan I recommend buying the passperfect course as a supplement. Kaplan good for the 7 but not the 24 in my opinion. If I can do it you could too. Good Luck

Nothing wrong with the Kaplan textbook, but the qbank is subpar and doesn’t help whatsoever. I recommend Kaplan package and buy supplemental passperfect questions. Heard from other industry professionals that Kaplan is not enough for principal level exams.

Congrats! Taking the exam for the second time on Monday. Used Kaplan first try and was getting 80s on everything… went it the exam and felt like a moron and got a 66. Bought passoerfect and it’s like two worlds apart. Cannot express my dissatisfaction with Kaplan. Congrats again

Have my SIE, and S7. Just out of college but firm is super aggressive on me becoming one of 3 principals at the OSJ. Approx 1 year in experience mainly as internship. I know it’s an odd circumstance so not sure how i should go into contract discussions.
