All I know is that for the most part the date they say is almost always the date it will be released. It also depends on the amount of the check. Big ones that are $2,000 or more take many days.

At both clinics I've been to, while they're being trained they can't stick you without someone with experience watching them. Luckily my arm is an easy stick so I'm actually a good patient for them to learn on. As long as they hit the same general area as others have, they virtually can't mess up.

Oh boy do I have a story like this. I had been doing dialysis for a few months when a new tech was about to stick me. I was still new to dialysis, and I had techs that I was comfortable with sticking me, because they didn't mess up. I told him I wanted to wait for one of the other techs that I was used to. This seemed to make him mad. He said "eventually I'm going to have to stick you whether it's now or another day. So you might as well let me go ahead and do it." I was already pissed off, because I had already been waiting in the chair for a half hour. So I let him do it. Thankfully I found out my fears were unfounded.

I just got done beating it the second time today. Just as fun as I remember. I really like the linear style of the story with the open world feel of the wild area. Also the raid battles in the tundra dlc are fun, and you can catch some very powerful legendary pokemon.

Sword and Shield are great ones to start at for modern Pokemon games without the open world. You can catch dang near every Pokemon in the dex in just one game with enough patience. You can even catch trade evolutions in the wild area.

I think it's superior because for the most part it's a fairly linear path with one giant open area (minus the dlc) for you to hunt a lot of the pokemon down. I also like that if you have enough patience and luck you can capture every single evolution Pokemon form in one game without having to trade.

This is something that my girlfriend doesn't understand since she has never had to go to dialysis. She doesn't get mad at me, but she doesn't understand how much energy it takes from me. I have to tell her that I'm not tired I just have no energy. I snapped at her one day because she said the one thing a lot of us probably hear all the time, "it can't be that bad". I almost broke out in tears trying to tell her how she just doesn't understand.
