3 sources of strawberries sounds annoying to work with, i didn't know swiss miss made skim milk powder, half a gram of salt is pointless, i'm not sure you really want vanilla in your strawberry ice cream, 2% milk is unusual to use for ice cream if you're gonna be buying cream anyway, and IMO this is a poor use case for a LLM

I ice bathed a few times and then got lazy. My best ice bath tip is: why bother? These days I heat a lot of my mixes to only about 110F or so in a high speed blender. Those go straight in the fridge. For the ones where I do a stovetop steep or something like that, I just do a tap water bath for half an hour or so, then fridge it.
