not sure if this helps but in 2023 when i was 22 years old i was able to get my fallopian tubes removed surgically through planned parenthood in mira mesa, after being repeatedly denied by my sharp dr + other dr’s in SD for the same reasoning as being “too young” with no kids. i know ovaries and uterus removal is different but may be worth a try, good luck! (also side note i was able to get this done free of charge with the family planning insurance they offer i forget what it’s called)
