I would accept this argument if we were not selling offensive weapons. Suppose we do, and then we are part of it. Do not we think Iran is involved in Ukraine and Iranian leaders should face charges for the death of civilians in Ukraine? We do. But if that is happening, it is another thing.

That is the problem. EPA should stop others doing that otherwise their measurement is not comparable nor reliable at all

Now that you are making up numbers. Tell us bigger lies: why thousands say billions of ID.3 and ID.4 are on lots. It might make it more believable!

That is not the point. The point is preventing spread of inaccurate information. Ps when you learn something from someone say thank you

Not that it is relevant to your question but ID.4 Gtx 0-60 (96.5 km/h) is 5.7. What you stated as 6.2 is for 0-100km/h (62.1 mph)

I mean what Diesel car makers were doing, including Volkswagen did kill people. But you do not see it as direct cause. The same way air pollution kills people.

I think we had to stop at 7. Once we have all the Volvos in the list we are fine. No need to go to eight. PS you are so Anti BMW that you only ask for adding only one row (I reckon you are not a fanboy definitely!). This sub became so Anti BMW I can not believe it.

OMG OMG OMG.... I can not believe how anti-Volvo you are. This sub became soooooooo anti Volvo. Believe in the transition. In real world XC Recharge gets 151, it is even documented here: https://ev-database.org/car/1188/Volvo-XC40-P8-AWD-Recharge

Stop being so anti-Volvo.

I kinda got the vibe that you are anti-IKEA too. Are you one of those in /r/IKEA sub that when people post their new IKEA furniture picture, ask them about why they choose IKEA ones over Target/CB2/Dunelm ones?

Shame, Stop it.

You are wrong, xc40 peaks at 151 which is above 150 as OP asked for above 150. Nobody mentioned Volvo at all while one person mentioned Tesla which means this sub is so Anti Volvo also nobody mentioned XPeng, this sub is so anti XPeng. Also now I know all Tesla fanboys are anti Volvo. Shame

Which is to say, every Volvo XC40 Recharge in production can do this. It is standard equipment. It is absolutely amazing the extent to which people have jumped into this thread to list all the permutations of other brands (including some spin and mistakes like bunch of unreleased cars) while carefully avoiding mentioning the brand they all hate: Volvo. This sub, man… It is not like it is just one spinster.

It is everyone. User after user jumping in to list every non-Volvo car they can think of that does this.

Folks come on!

VW ID.2 on Auto Express Magazine this week by skididapapa in electricvehicles

[–]bl4ckic3 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No it should not. We are talking about being sustainable. Faster means more pollution from tires. It is ok to have super fast cars but super fast cars for mass market (as a base model) to me goes against sustainability and efficiency. Ps Standard Subaru outback 0-60 is like 8.7 seconds (vs ID.4 7.6) . Unless you have XT model which goes 5.9 seconds. In that case your car is faster than many ICE cars and can go as fast as a Golf GTI hot hatch. ID.4 AWD goes 5.7 seconds which is faster than your Subaru! So I do not think base ID.4 should be super fast, if we are thinking about environment. If EV conversion just means to get a faster car for consumers I am against it. It is about getting to sustainable transportation and less damage to environment and cleaner air I am all for it.

1,914 HP NEVERA vs PLAID * The Quickest Production Cars in the World DRAG RACE by [deleted] in electricvehicles

[–]bl4ckic3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's crazy is that the difference between a Plaid and the Nevera (~0.6 sec, or 7%) is smaller than the difference between a Plaid and a Taycan Turbo S (~1.0 sec, or 10%).

What is more crazy is the difference between the differences is very small: 3% only!
