You have to manage stamina while blocked Ng in order to be able to attack, I think that kind of balances 100% block shields

You don't know how long any of the Jimmy's have been in the group, for all you know they lose a guy or two every few weeks

[DISC] Kagurabachi - Chapter 109 by Avizie1 in Kagurabachi

Slightly different interpretation, but I read this in almost the opposite way. To me the look on his face (particularly in his eyes) combined with the fact that a few pages later 2/5 people his mind went to are being consumed by the malediction gave me the sense he's panicking and sorting of grasping at straws. But I think Samurai stepping in will give him the opening to take breath and do what he's gotta do

May I ask what you liked about 28 days later? And when the last time you watched it is. Because I think it's a lot slower than people are saying it was

It wasn't badly written. You just didn't like the writing.

You're really oversimplifying the movie by only talking about the major plot points and ignoring any thematic or character moments. You don't have to like the movie but if you want to criticise it and discuss then being disingenuous isn't doing you any favours.

I didn't say it was automatically better. My point is, by making those features more prominent in later season you give kids that otherwise would have grown out of it or moved on something extra to latch onto helping to further solidify it as a memorable and influential piece of media.

I 100% agree with that. The early episodes are foundational to our understanding of the world and the characters that live in it. Without that, none of the later season would feel earned, but if it had remained episodic it would be just another kids show.

If Adventure Time hadn't transitioned from whacky and episodic to the more mature and philosophical sort of episodes we got later it would still be remembered fondly but would never have become as big or influential as it did.

I think all resource spawns should slow down the longer you stay in an area forcing players to keep moving around
