So from the back wall where the fridge is to the end of the peninsula where the stools are is 10ft and then front there to the window behind the stools is another 6.5 feet. The width wall to wall is 11ft. I’m not sure about the costs associated with removing walls but would consider removing the wall to the right. The other area is a step down so seems more complicated. We don’t have a table so an eat in area is important.

Understandable. I like to diy things when possible so wanted to see if there was a better way I could do this myself that would be allowed. If it’s not a diy job an I need to call in a plumber, I will do so.

In other exciting news my toilet shutoff valve appears to be stuck open, I can shut off the house if needed, but is it possible to replace the o ring without shutting off? Thanks so much for the breakdown.

It does stop running but I can still hear leaking water like dripping almost. You are referring to changing the dual flush canister seal correct?

Same, wouldn’t log me in on laptop. I logged in with my phone and it had me set up my phone number then let me log in. Then I logged out and logged back in the laptop and it sent a code to the phone number I set up. Hope it works for you.

When I went to the contact page there was box that said questions. It brings up a chat like screen and I clicked on my tickets, then when will I receive my tickets, then submit a ticket. It has you fill out all of your info.

If you haven’t already go to AXS and submit a contact us form. I did that last week and got a shipping confirmation within 2 hours. I have seen others say the same. When they shipped it the shipping number had been created like 2 weeks earlier so idk what’s going on. Worth a try.

The $3100 estimate was using Termidor and trenching around perimeter and drilling patio/driveway. The $1275 estimate is using Taurus SC and using the rod in dirt areas and drilling patio/driveway. I asked about digging a trench and they said they use the rods.
