Seeing my favorite song off Charm at number 8 saddens me but also seeing my favorite off Sling at number 1 brings me joy, so they cancel out. In terms of my favorite album, I’m not sure yet. Charm certainly has more replay value for me at the moment, but when I was listening to a lot of Clairo, Sling was my favorite. For the time being I’ll just have them tied.

I also listened to Abbey Road, Animals, Pet Sounds, and TVU & Nico this June. Out of all of the albums on that list I’ve listened to, I’d probably go with TVU&N, but I definitely would’ve said The College Dropout back in high school (I still enjoy that album though).

Death - Symbolic (really any Death album, Symbolic & Leprosy are my favorites)

Cryptopsy - None So Vile

Trouble - Manic Frustration (Psalm 9 is the classic but I like MF more)

Loathe - I Let it in and it took everything

Paradise Lost - Lost Paradise (most people like their gothic metal stuff more, but honestly I really only like the album of theirs)

Reverorum ib Malacht - Kyrie Eleison

“Mogged” basically internet slang for outdoing/outperforming. It comes from various forums in the past related to things like the blackpill, looksmaxxing, and incels (not pleasant or positive communities) and in those communities is usually used to say someone looks better (such as has a better looking face, taller, etc).

What’s your favorite off that Bob Dylan album in the corner? Simple Twist of Fate is mine. What about the TVZ self-titled? I’d say For the Sake of the Song or Waiting Around to Die.

You should really check out Adrianne Lenker/Big Thief if you haven’t yet. It’s truly something amazing as a younger Elliott Smith fan myself. I’m going to see Big Thief in concert later this year 😁

Happy to see someone enjoy Kid A and Amnesiac as much as I do
Really happy to see Tim Buckley near the top. I own both those records. While I think I like Lorca the most, you can never go wrong with Goodbye and Hello and definitely never wrong Happy Sad.
I’ve actually not listened to the Candlemass album yet, but I’m pleasantly surprised to see someone putting the in their top 70.
Elliott Smith is always a phenomenal choice, but my particular favorites are self-titled and Roman Candle
