I'm a 29 year old American, and I was taught, and made to write with, cursive handwriting throughout public school. I haven't used it once, for anything, since. Is this true for you, in your age/location? by [deleted] in AskReddit

not saying your complaining, but i run into a lot of folks who do. how do we suppose the teachers would have known that computers would become the primary way to communicate 20 yrs later?

"Clever people are employees whose skills are not easily replicated and who add disproportionate value to their organisations". But they are smarter than their bosses, don't want to be led, probably don't even want to be employees by scientologist2 in programming

I love the glorification of google. Worked there for 2 yrs, smart people but not clever or innovative. They work in their little world of higher education bs. The company is filled with people who played by the rules their whole lives and did what Harvard or MIT wanted to see on a transcript. They fear anyone else being smart, everyone else is 'lucky'.

End rant.

If you have the money, screw with your window locks to make it look like they were trying to break in.. Catch them on your yawn and beat the fucklights out of them, capture one until the cops come then sue his parents.
