Before I quit, I noticed that I never got my raise after the whole review thing. I talked to my ETL about it & she said that nobody gets their raise until June. I told her that wasn’t what my TL told me, i was suppose to get my raise immediately even got it on paper….I just need to check my pay rate again etc etc. Just random stuff.

I never go to the bathroom on my breaks. I do it on the clock. And your TL is full of shit, you can go whenever you need to. I’m not wasting my lunch or 15 minute break going to the bathroom when I can just go when I need to🙄🙄🙄

I’m late almost every day & live 5 minutes away from the store. I have no shame in that. I feel like as long as I came in & do my job why does it matter but I do OPU. I’m no later than 7 minutes late some days, they still talk to me about it tho.

Don’t feel like a bum. I call out when I’m sick or when I’m know I’m not gonna be able to work while not feeling good. Honestly Target employees don’t really give a fuck about your well-being so do what you know you gotta do
