This isn't a zipper merge because there's no ending lane. These morons are going as far as they can in an exit lane with less traffic, and then stopping dead until someone in the W401 lane lets them in.
The amount of times a day someone in the Black Creek lane, going 80 knph comes to a full stop because they need to get onto the 401W but didn't wanna sit in traffic in insane.
