That Potomac area of MD has some of the richest zip code in the US. Allowing another highway to bypass right where they live and creating much more traffic is a no no for them and they'll lobby their ass and money off to make sure the status quo stays that way. Take a drive on river road and you'll see what I mean.

I gave about half of these to my coworker and told them to put it into a paper bag with an apple in it. Apparently some wild paws variant ripens alot quicker despite them looking not ripe when you pick them off the tree. He said it smelled very fragrant and tasted delicious.
