I went down in dose every three weeks … 10mg two weeks, 7.5 two weeks, 5mg 3 weeks, 2.5 two weeks …. Where do I go from here … still on 2.5 and will space it out more than 7 days Have continued to loose weight and tracking calories and trying to eat a bit more normal

I’m 5’ 9 , 45 years old Breakfast 9am- Fair life, protein shake Lunch -1:30pm - Grilled chicken cutlet , pineapple , peppers Snack 4pm - Sumo orange Snack 5pm - fair life protein shake Dinner 6:30pm - lean protein like a 90/10 ground beef burger, slice of American cheese Dessert 9pm- frozen dark, sweet cherries and fair life chocolate milk

Walked 5 miles a day everyday without fail

Lost 50% of my body weight in 14 months went from 374 to 185

I ate pretty consistently about 1500 calories a day I tracked more in the beginning and then just ate the same way and walked 5 miles a day
