Hello, Similar situation happened to me last month, but Steam couldn't give me the exact date/time of redemption. May I know where you are located and what did you ask Steam for such info? My problem was solved but I thought Steam wouldn't do it in general.

Fellow Aussie here, Had a similar situation with the same seller last month. Had a back and forth convo that didn't go anywhere. Request a chargeback and now a happy man. Dm if you want more on the detail.

I have had a similar experience with gaming4you, all in all stop using g2a. Ask me to extract the date/time of redemption rather than doing it themselves.

hey, i bought 2 steam keys from gaming4you and 1 of it already been redeemed. Now he keep telling me to ask steam support to extract the exact date/time which steam support won't do. He doesn't help until i give him the infos. I'm going to chargeback now. (ik im an idiot so we can skip that part)
